General information regarding purchases at ILVAWhilst we will offer you every assistance to enjoy your furniture to its full potential, ILVA cannot accept responsibility for damage or shortened life of your furniture as a result of misuse or improper care (including damage caused by embers, ashes, cigarettes or burns). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaint
ILVA sells many furnishing items and in spite of our comprehensive quality control minor problems can arise from time to time.
If you have a complaint about your purchase please contact our Customer Service Team on 0845 245 8285. Please ensure that you have your unique customer reference number available. Our Customer Services Team will investigate your complaint and try resolve this, there and then, where a home visit is deemed necessary, we will arrange for a technician to visit and examine the furniture at no cost to you.
