Collect by CarEach ILVA store has a Collection Centre within the store or nearby. Here your items will be individually selected and loaded onto a trolley, ready for you to collect.
Delivery Service
Our delivery service is being terminated after 9th August. Please visit one of our stores as soon as you can and don't miss out on the fantastic prices.
Courier Delivery Service
If your goods are too big to fit in your car, but you still need them in a hurry, take advantage of our Courier Delivery Service. We’ll take care of the booking and loading, and payment is made by the customer to the driver according to a set rate depending on the location of your home. It is a one-man operated vehicle, but two men can be booked for an additional fee.
If your goods do not fit into your house when they are delivered or when you get them home then no refund or exchange will be offered. Please make sure that your items will fit.

Easy Self-assembly
Every self-assembly product from ILVA comes with easy-to-use assembly instructions. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to put you in touch with a professional furniture assembler/joiner. Payment is made directly to the person concerned. Contact the sales staff at your nearest ILVA store.

Prices are subject to change due to VAT and £ adjustments and printing errors. Goods are subject to availability. Please visit your nearest store for the most up to date stock availability. Offer prices apply while stocks last. Prices are also subject to any keying and updating errors. Some of the items shown on the website may not be on display in the stores.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
POLICY
7.1 If the Goods are purchased at an ILVA
Store, there will be no option to return
the Goods unless ILVA is in breach of
its obligations to the Buyer.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.3 if the Goods are
purchased at a distance (e.g. Online through www.ilva.co.uk) within the
meaning of the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the
Buyer may within 7 working days of
delivery cancel this contract via notice
to the ILVA Customer Services
Department and require ILVA to
refund the price paid for the Goods
inclusive of the delivery charges. The
Buyer must keep the Goods in good
condition and within 28 days return the
Goods at its own cost to ILVA or at
ILVA’s request make the Goods
available for collection and pay ILVA’s
reasonable costs of collection. The
Buyer must also pay to ILVA any
difference between the value of the
Goods when returned and the actual
price paid for the Goods.
7.3 Where Goods are made to order the
Buyer cannot cancel an order unless the
Buyer pays any losses and costs suffered
by ILVA because of the cancellation. If
ILVA cancels the contract ILVA will
pay any losses or costs suffered by the
Buyer because of the cancellation.
7.4 Where Goods are made to the Buyers
individual requirements the Buyer
cannot cancel an order unless ILVA is
in breach of its obligations to the Buyer.
7.5 All statutory rights remain relating to
faulty or misdescribed goods. For
further information about statutory
rights, please contact the local authority
Trading Standards Department or
Citizens Advice Bureau.
