The ordering of goods

 
How to add an item to the shopping basket:
 
Beside each item that you can order online, there is an “Add to basket” button. When you click on the button, you order the quantity shown in the box to the left of the text.

To see what you have in your shopping basket, click on “View basket” in the field to the left of the colored ILVA logo.

By entering your postcode in the “Check delivery charges” field, you will be able to see how much it will cost to recieve your online order by ILVA delivery.

Click on the “Checkout” buttom  to pay your Web order and confirm your delivery address.


The order process consists of the following four steps:

1. Address
2. Order review
3. Payment
4. Receipt


1. Address:

If you are already a customer, enter your email address and password under “Existing customer”

If you are a new customer, enter your postcode in the field by “Invoice address” and, when you click on “find”, our database will obtain your address details from www.qas.co.uk. Remember to fill in all of the fields marked with an *. Choose a password that contains at least six characters. Choose whether you wish to receive our newsletter. Don’t forget to read our Terms and conditions of purchase before you accept them. Once you have completed everything, click on “Next”.


2. Order review:

Here you have the opportunity to review and confirm your online order before continuing to payment. Read through everything to make sure that you have the correct delivery address and that you have ordered the items required. When you are ready, click on “Next”.


3. Payment:

How would you like to pay? If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, you will be asked to enter your card number, expiry date and card security number. When all of the details have been entered correctly, press “Place order”. On the next picture, click on “Continue” (if payment has been accepted) to obtain your receipt.


4. Receipt:

Your order has now been completed and your online order set up. The amount for the items for delivery has been saved in your account. The transaction ID is shown on your receipt. Once the purchase/reservation process has been completed, you will receive confirmation on the screen which you can print out.

Once you have completed your online order and payment details, you will be contacted by a member of staff from our order office within one working day to arrange delivery, if you have ordered goods for delivery by ILVA delivery. This is done once your online order has been entered and executed in our order system, and we have the actual product details etc. If you have ordered Accessories then you will not recieve a phone call you just need to sit back and your goods will be delivered to your front door within 7 working days.
