Delivery

FREE DELIVERY is now applied to all orders of £400 or more to UK Mainland domestic addresses.  For all orders below £400 the normal delivery charges will apply.

ILVA does not deliver outside the UK mainland.
 
The delivery of small items/home accessories.

When you have ordered your goods and go into the basket, you can see that the cost of delivery will be £5 for delivery of your goods by Business Post, normally only accessories.

All online orders sent by Business Post will be despatched within five working days.

You can always call our webshop on +44 (0) 845 245 8285 to find out how far your parcel has come. Business Post only delivers from Monday to Saturday.

 
The delivery of furniture:

When ordering furniture, you will be able to see in your basket how much it costs to have your online order delivered. Enter your post code in the box to the right of “See delivery costs”. When you have entered your post code, the price is displayed on the right-hand side under “Total price”.

There is a set rate for ILVA delivery which depends on the post code. There are two operators to each vehicle who, within reason, will place the furniture where required in your home. Before booking a delivery you should ensure that the item will fit through doorways, stairwells etc. Furniture is delivered between 8am and 6pm Tuesday to Friday and on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.

Please remember that should your delivery not be possible as a result of us not being given the correct information, you will be charged for a second delivery, prior to any further attempt to deliver.

Overseas/Non UK Mainland delivery:

ILVA webstore does not deliver overseas. We will however attempt to deliver to your nominated carrier or a sea or air port.
