DIRECTIONS TO ILVA THURROCK
From M25 Southbound
Exit M25 at junction 30/31.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (following signs for the Thurrock services and stay in the left hand lane past the services).
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (A1306).
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Decathlon will be on your right hand side).
At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit, then left at the next roundabout.
From M25 Northbound
Exit M25 at junction 31.
At the roundabout take the 5th exit (A1306).
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Decathlon will be on your right hand side).

By Road from London
From the A406 (North Circular), join the A13. Follow the A13 through Barking, Dagenham and Rainham. Leave the A13 at junction 30/31 (signed for the M25).
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (following signs for the Thurrock services and stay in the left hand lane past the services).
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (A1306).

By Train
Chafford Hundred is our nearest station, which is on the Fenchurch Street to Southend line via Ockendon. Journey time is about 40 minutes and trains run every 20/30 minutes.
From the station by foot, go to level 3 (shopping level), and follow the foot bridge to Lakeside Centre. The bridge ends in House of Fraser, head towards Marks and Spencers, leave the centre through M&S (Cinema opposite). Turn left, walk around the lake towards the retail park. The back of store will be visible to your right. The walk should take 20 minutes.

Follow signposts for Salford, Manchester City Centre. Take the right hand lane onto A57. Follow signs towards the City Centre. Follow A57 which leads into the A57 (Mancunian Way).
At traffic signal straight over. Follow sign for Leeds and Oldham A635, then on to A665. Follow down the hill onto Great Ancoats Street, Ardwick.
ILVA is situated on the left hand side opposite the retail park.

From Birmingham take the M6 towards Manchester, at junction 19 take the 3rd exit onto Chester road A556. Follow signs for M56 (Manchester).
Follow signs for Manchester City Centre down Princess Parkway A5103. A5103 turns into Princess Road, at roundabout take 3rd exit signposted (Sheffield A57) (M).
At next roundabout take the 2nd exit joining the Mancunian Way. Follow the signs for Leeds and Oldham A635. At traffic light straight over onto the A665 down the hill and ILVA is situated on the left hand side on Great Ancoats Street, Ardwick opposite the retail park.
From M62 Eastbound
From Liverpool take M62 towards Manchester. Continue on M62 until junction 12. Follow signposts for Salford, Manchester City Centre. Take the right hand lane onto A57. Follow signs towards the City Centre. Follow A57 which leads into the A57 (Mancunian Way).
At traffic signal straight over. Follow sign for Leeds and Oldham A635, then on to A665. Follow down the hill onto Great Ancoats Street, Ardwick.
ILVA is situated on the left hand side opposite the retail park.
From M62 Westbound
From Leeds take M62 leave at junction 20. Take the A627M towards Oldham then take A62 towards Manchester for approx 8 miles. Turn left onto A665.
ILVA is situated on right hand side opposite the retail park.
By Train
Manchester Piccadilly Station is our nearest station. From the upper level exit turn right and proceed down the station entrance road. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Ducie Street. Proceed straight on until the road forks, take the left hand fork onto Laystall street. Proceed straight on until you reach the junction of Great Ancoats Street.
ILVA is on your left.
By Air
Our nearest airport is Manchester International Airport. Follow M56 sign posted Manchester City Centre which turns into Princess Parkway (A5103), A5103 turns into Princess Road. At roundabout take 3rd exit signposted (Sheffield A57) (M). At next roundabout take the 2nd exit joining the Mancunian Way. Follow the signs for Leeds and Oldham A635. At traffic light straight over onto the A665 down the hill.

From the north
Follow the a1 southbound through Newcastle, crossing the river tyne and take the metrocentre slip road. At the traffic lights turn left onto hollinshead road.
Stay in the left hand lane and follow signposts for the retail park. Pass through two sets of traffic lights to enter pinetree way.
At the roundabout you will see the signs for the car park. take the second exit and the store is on your right hand side.
From the south
Follow the a1 north and follow the signs for the metro centre. Take the metrocentre sliproad.
Stay in the left hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights onto Hollinside road. Stay in the left hand lane and follow signposts for the retail park.
Pass through two sets of traffic lights to enter pinetree way. At the roundabout you will see the signs for the carpark. Take the second exit and the store is on your right hand side.
From the west
Take the a69 into the outskirts of Newcastle. At the roundabout take the third exit to join the a1 south signposted Gateshead and the south.
Follow the course of the a1 through the west of Newcastle and cross the river tyne. Take the metrocentre slip road and at the traffic lights turn left onto hollinshead road. Stay in the left hand lane and follow signposts for the retail park.

From Newcastle international airport
Leaving the airport, take the second exit at the roundabout signposted a696 newcastle city centre. Continue for approximatly three miles and at the roundabout take the fourth exit signposted gateshead and the south.
Follow the sliproad and then join the a1 southbound. Follow the course of the a1 through west Newcastle and cross the river tyne. Take the metrocentre slip road and at the traffic lights turn left onto hollinshead road.
Stay in the left hand lane and follow signposts for the retail park. Pass through two sets of traffic lights to enter pinetree way. At the roundabout you will see the signs for the car park. Tae the second exit and the store is on your right hand side.
Arriving by train
Taking the hexham/carlisle service out of Nwcastle central station, alight at the metrocentre train station and proceed to the nearby bus station.
From here take the s1 metrocentre circular bus which will alight in gibside way outside of ILVA Gateshead.
From the north
